These Terms govern your use of the AlgoStudios website at algostudios.app, including the waitlist and the interactive demo. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. What AlgoStudios is right now

AlgoStudios is an early-stage product operated by NovaKhy LLC. What's on the site today is a preview: a marketing page, a free waitlist, and an interactive demo of features that are still in development. The demo is provided to show the concept — it is not the finished product, and its data, editing tools, and results are illustrative.

2. The waitlist

• Joining the waitlist is free and requires no payment.
• Joining does not guarantee access, a spot, a specific price, or a launch date. Any founding-pricing or early-access offers are our current intention and may change.
• You agree to provide accurate information and not to sign up using someone else's identity.

3. The demo & your camera

The hand-tracking demo uses your device's camera locally, in your browser. You choose whether to enable it. Nothing from your camera is uploaded or stored by us. You're responsible for your surroundings and anyone visible while your camera is on.

4. Acceptable use

When using the site, you agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
• Attempt to disrupt, hack, overload, or reverse-engineer the site;
• Scrape, resell, or misuse the site or its content;
• Upload or submit anything unlawful, harmful, or that isn't yours to share.

5. Intellectual property

The AlgoStudios name, logo, site design, and content are owned by NovaKhy LLC and may not be copied or used without permission. You keep ownership of anything you create with your own footage.

6. No warranties

The site and demo are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Because this is a preview, features may change, break, or be removed, and we don't promise the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, NovaKhy LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to what you paid to use it — which, for the waitlist and demo, is nothing.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms as the product develops. We'll update the date at the top of this page, and continued use of the site means you accept the current Terms.
